Pure Air

I am going to have a look around for some where you can get a cheap ozone air purifier because like most people, I like breathing nice fresh air!

I remember when I was young and my Mom always told me I should go out and get some fresh air, it was one of those things she’d always say but I never really listened – why would I want to go out and get some fresh air when I can stay home and play computer games instead?

Of course now I am older it seems the message really went in and I now love nothing more than going out for a walk, to blow the cobwebs away and get a bit of fresh air into my lungs. My husband and I love walking out in the country or in parks :)

It’d be nice to get a machine at home so we can be sure we are breathing better air all the time though, we live in a pretty built up area and the air quality isn’t exactly any thing to write home about.

Had some work done dear?

It always amuses me when I see someone else who has blatantly had some work done on the telly, it stands out a mile when you see someone every day or every week on some show and then they turn up looking 10 years younger that they have had some botox cometic Scottsdale work done.

Yet most of them deny it, I am not sure why – if I ever decided to get some work done I’d be loud and proud about it. If you get it done you surely want people to notice you are looking better, younger, more attractive – right?

So why deny it? Just come out and say – hey look at me, looking fiiiiine right?

There must be a lot of pressure on TV personalities to look a certain way though, it can be tough on us mere mortals, it must be 10 times worse for them.
