Why me?
Whenever my mom rings me in an afternoon I know she’s about to ask me to look for something online for her. She usually calls in the evenings if she just wants to chat! I have told her a million times I don’t mind helping her out but that google is really easy to use and she could find things out in 2 minutes on her own rather than waiting a few days for me to get around to it for her – does she listen though? Of course not.
Oh well, what are mothers for if not to nag you after you’ve long since flown the coop? 
This time I was correct and that was why she was calling, she wants me to find some great medical insurance plans for her and my dad and as I did it recently for my husband and I she says she figured I would know the best place to look – which is true actually, so on this occasion I will let her off for not googling herself!

Have I mentioned recently how much I loved shopping for fixtures, furniture and fittings when we renovated our house last year – it was so much hard work but it was also a dream come true because I always wanted to be an Interior designer growing up. I love every minute of it, I got to combine my desire to be an interior designer with my love of shopping – or more specifically bargain shopping. I used lots of sites like
